Shipping and Returns Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Policy Effective Date: August 22, 2024
1. Returns:
At D8 Sports & Entertainment, return requests are carefully reviewed to ensure the best resolution for our customers. Once your request is submitted, a member of our sales team will personally reach out to you to discuss the details and work toward resolving any issues with your product. Our goal is to provide exceptional service and ensure that every concern is addressed quickly and professionally, maintaining your satisfaction and confidence in our brand.
2. Shipping and Delivery:
Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 days from the date of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking details once your order is dispatched. While we are committed to meeting your deadlines, we do not control shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc). If an order arrives late because of a carrier related issue, we truly apologize for the inconvenience as it is out of our control.
3. Order Accuracy:
Please double-check your order details, including size, color, and shipping address, before completing your purchase. Due to our final sale policy, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations once the order is placed.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Please note that this is the only exception to our no return or exchange policy.

Custom Order Cancellation Policy:
Once an order has been placed, it is difficult to process a cancellation, but we will do our best to accommodate you. There are many components that must come together in order to properly customize your order and deliver on time. In the event you no longer need your order, manager approval of cancellation is required and depending on where we are in the process, you may incur up to a 25% cancellation fee as we may have spent a significant amount of time and expense up until the time of your request (restock fees, scheduling fees, shipping fees, designer fees, screen fees, film fees...etc.).
